A Century of Cinema in Dorset – Front cover illustration for Ron Dyson’s late father’s book on Dorset cinemas. The Regent Theatre at Poole was chosen for the illustration as this was where the first flickers of romance developed between the theatre manager, Peter Dyson, and his future wife, Pat.
